I called xbox support and they told me I need to go to www.support.xbox.com and ship my xbox to them. I don’t really know where to ship it to and and all that stuff. Could someone explain to me what Im supposed to do now.
If you can help me, my xbox says “open tray” when a game is in it so i open and close it and in says reading then just says open tray again.
