What do I do after I call Xbox support?

I called xbox support and they told me I need to go to www.support.xbox.com and ship my xbox to them. I don’t really know where to ship it to and and all that stuff. Could someone explain to me what Im supposed to do now.

If you can help me, my xbox says “open tray” when a game is in it so i open and close it and in says reading then just says open tray again.

Well basically my xbox 360 was giving me blurry grey lines. And it was working just fine until that happened. I talked with the 360 support line and they told me my 360 overheated. Which is a total drag. So Iam very irritated and not being very patient at all.

I read about uploading the XBox support program to a dvd or a CD so you can play original XBox games on the 360. Is that Illegal, I want to know because it was on the official Xbox/microsoft website.

I’m trying to find a internet service that can handle online gaming like Xbox Live. So far I can get as far as the Market Place with Wild Blue but can’t play a match. I can’t get any cable internet service, so does anyone have an idea on what satellite internet service can support Xbox Live?

Where I just moved I can’t get cable and I really want to be able to play xbox live what can I do a friend mentioned a t3 cable but I don’t know. And this xbox live phone by windows I probably couldn’t run an xbox on it?

I have a normal Xbox (not an Xbox 360) and I went to play it and a screen came and it said “Your Xbox requires service. Please call Xbox Customer Support.” It was a used one that didn’t come in a box when I bought it at Game Stop a few years ago.
